I worked at the UEA for 40 years, all of which was in the Science Faculty laboratories, starting as a technician and working up to become a Faculty Manager. I have over 20 years of experience of managing the laboratories and workshops but decided that I needed a career change.
I moved into ISO consultancy after successfully implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 within the analytical laboratories when, Bob McKibbin suggested that I might like to make it a career move!
I have been working with Bob as a client, consultant and now business partner, for over 15 years and we have developed an excellent working relationship. I am looking forward to taking McKibbin Management Consultants into the future.
I like keeping (relatively) fit by walking or running. I enjoy gardening, reading, knitting and baking and spending time with my grown up family.
