I have been an ISO consultant since 2011, mentoring staff and managers in process improvement, writing and updating ISO compliant systems. I have a solid technical background and have worked with several technology led businesses.
Before this, I was an in-house Quality Manager for ten years at a UK electronics manufacturer supplying Blue Chip clients (Bang & Olufsen, Siemens and Celestica) with specialist electronic components for their products.
